Small-Time Hot Dogs
Small Time Hot Dogs sells so much more than hot dogs. From the carts, they serve hot dogs and sausages with all the fixing, their famous pulled pork barbecue nachos and sandwiches, Delta-made hot tamales, chips, and drinks.

Big S BBQ is a mobile food truck that serves low and slow hickory smoked BBQ. We take pride in doing things the hard way so you don’t have to. We smoke all of our proteins with 100% wood because it delivers the best overall taste and tenderness. You will get service with a smile and a product that will keep you coming back for more.
Incredible BBQ & Soul Food
Incredible BBQ and soul food was established in August 2019. The owner of Incredible BBQ Is Youlanda Clay. We sell a variety of food such as spaghetti, greens, green beans, dressings, lasagna, chicken lasagna, lima beans, smoked chicken, ribs, brisket, turkey legs, smoked turkey, glazed ham, and much more. Frenchies Smoke N’ Roll
We so enjoy traveling to different towns & cities from Mississippi to Texas doing what we love! Serving our mouth-watering brisket, pulled pork, loaded nachos, ribs and so much more. We are excited to be a part of Holmes’ Homecoming again this year. Come by our truck and get a taste of Holmes. Owner Antranette French Sallis is a native of Kosciusko and married to Moses Sallis. Together we have three daughters, one currently attends Holmes and is a cheerleader. Ahhhhhhh that’s Frenchies Baby!
