DAB’S Chicken & Waffles
Come get your chicken and waffles!
Dab’s Chicken and Waffles was formed during the pandemic in October 2020. We are vendors for Mississippi State University, Jackson State University and the Mississippi State Fair. We also operate the Grill @ Holmes Community College in Ridgeland, MS.
We are the Only food truck in the state of Mississippi that serves Chicken and Waffles which is a restaurant style dish. Our food is always hot and fresh. So as we say to all the Dabbers out there…”Come Get Your Dab On!”

We are a family owned Mississippi business specializing in rolled ice cream. It is absolutely the freshest ice cream you will ever eat. We travel the state and parts of the southeast offering our unique flavors at events and festivals.

Guy’s Catfish & Steak House
Come on by and enjoy some southern cooking. Guy’s Catfish & Steak House is from Vaiden, Mississippi, but you’ve seen us around Kosciusko, Winona, and more. We’ve got some of the best catfish around, and catfish is only some of the great food we offer!

Smoke & Roll Food Truck has been in business for 5yrs. We are the Original owners of Frenchie’s Barbecue featured in the Mississippi Magazine & Southern Living for our mouthwatering Brisket, Ribs, pulled pork & so much more. One of our new items is Three cheese Smoked Mac&Cheese. We look forward to serving you with Fine food & Southern Hospitality! Ahhhh that’s FRENCHIE’S Baby!!

Small Time Hot Dogs sells so
much more than hot dogs.
From the carts, they serve hot dogs and sausages with all the fixing, their famous pulled pork barbecue nachos and sandwiches, Delta-made hot tamales, chips, and drinks.
We are excited to welcome all of our food truck vendors to the Holmes Goodman campus for Homecoming 2023. With the trucks’ unique options and the always-delicious cafeteria, we know that you are sure to find a delicious dish to satisfy whatever craving you have that day!
