Master of Ceremony

Nikki Boutwell

Nikki Boutwell is our  the Goodman campus Recruiter and Student Ambassador Sponsor. She attended Holmes Community College in 2015 and 2017 and graduated with an Associates Degree in Communications. During her time at Holmes, she was a member of the Hall of Fame, Ambassadors, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Student Government Association, and Baptist Student Union. Upon graduation from Holmes, Nikki then transferred to Mississippi College to earn her Bachelors degree in Public Relations and Marketing.

Nikki is so grateful to be back at Holmes Community College and enjoys meeting prospective students to tell them all the wonderful things Holmes has to offer.

JUDGES

 

KORBY MANN

Korby Mann has been associated with pageants for over thirty years.  She has judged and tabulated throughout the southern states. She has also been an assistant, consultant and coach for many state and local pageants.  Korby has attended seminars and conferences on judging and is a certified Mississippi Preliminary Competition Judge.  She has served on the Board of the Mississippi Association of Pageant Judges as the treasure for several years, as the Executive Director and is currently the active President.  Korby is the secretary for the Central Mississippi Pageant Review Systems. Besides being involved with pageants; Korby is a member of the Daughters of American Revolution, a board member of the Newton Little Theater, and a Delta Gamma Sorority Alumni.

After graduating from East Central Community College, she continued her education at Mississippi College where she received a degree in Elementary Education.  After teaching for eight (8) years and serving as a School Attendance Officer and a District Supervisor, Korby has retired with twenty seven (27) years.  She is enjoying her time with her 3 granddaughters and traveling. 

 

LENORA LEWIS

Lenora Lewis is a native of Jackson, MS and a graduate of Jackson State University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications and she is an Employment Law Specialist, holding certification from Columbia Southern University.

She resided in Southern California for 16 years while working as an Insurance Claims Specialist. During this period of time, she was actively involved in ballet, jazz and creative dance training, as well as recreational modeling. She has 9 years classical piano training and is a former fitness instructor.

Ms. Lewis has been involved in the judging, tabulating and emceeing of various pageants for many years, including talent competitions, Beauty & Beau, the Distinguished Young Woman Program, National American Miss, and she is a certified judge in the Miss Mississippi pageant system.  In the industry, she serves as an interview and modeling coach.

Ms. Lewis remains employed in the insurance industry, and also holds active memberships in several organizations in and around her community. She is the immediate past President of the Mississippi Association of Pageant Judges, where she served in that role for a total of 6 years.

 

NELDA SISTRUNK

Nelda Sistrunk is a resident of Collinsville, Mississippi, and serves as the Elementary Secretary at Lamar School. She has worked as a licensed cosmetologist and has served with the pageant industry for over twenty years. Her judging experience ranges from high school beauty reviews to local and state pageants. Ms. Sistrunk has served as director, co-director, judge, tabulator, coach, and consultant for pageants throughout the state. She was voted “Judge of the Year” in May of 2019.

Presently, Ms. Sistrunk assists with the Distinguished Young Women program for Lauderdale County. Additionally, she serves as chairperson for the Lamar School pageant committee. She has served on the Mississippi Association of Pageant Judges board as Secretary for three years and is presently serving as Vice-President.

Ms. Sistrunk would like to wish each contestant the best of luck and wants the contestants to remember that HAVING FUN is most important!
